About Eddie Sardinha
Eddie has proven sales experience in the development and management of one of the largest outsourcing sales organizations in the country. His experience lies in multiple sales channels, including Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Retail. His ability to motivate and inspire is undeniable and his sales teams were consistently a top producers for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Quill, Qwest, DirectTV and UPS.
Eddie has a talent for mentoring and developing sales leaders and is passionate about helping others achieve great success in the direct sales business. The combination of success and passion earned him many industry awards as Top Pacesetter, Consistency Manager of the Year, Most Profitable ICL Owner, Million Dollar Club and President’s Club.
Always a go-getter, Eddie had a successful career in professional baseball, where he played, coached and scouted for the Milwaukee Brewers, The Boston Red Sox, and the Montreal Expos organizations.
Eddie earned a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Management for the University of Carabobo, in Valencia, Venezuela. He enjoys traveling with his family to South America and is fluent in English and Spanish.
